DESCRIPTION

This package is a fully interactive multimedia presentation. It can be used to present your company, your products, your ideas, anything you want to show people. You can give them away to your clients, or your sales staff can use them as a sales tool. It has a complete multi path navigational system that can access up to 30 screens, custom designed with your own images, written materials and video clips.

These screens can be broken into any number of categories to suite your particular needs. For instance, The main menu screen counts as your first screen, then you could have an "about my company" section, that uses 6 screens to talk about yourself. Another section could be made up of 12 screens that talk about your product line in detail. Another section could be devoted to contact information for your entire office, complete with web site links and take up another 8 screens, for a total of 27 screens. Each category would get it's own button on the main navigation menu, that would link to a category screen with links to the individual screens within the category, using up your last 3 screens. This is just one possibility!

Also included in this package is a 3d animation of your logo! After inserting your BizCard-CD, the first thing you see will be your business, or product name animated on screen. We will build your logo, as 3d geometry, and animate it as a spinning object, that fades in on a blank screen, or as a still image with glinting light moving across it's surface. This animation will also be used during the exit sequence of the program. Fully custom animations, can be done upon request for an additional fee.

This package also includes video! You can have up to 10 minutes of video included on 1-5 of your screens. For instance, you could have one long opening presentation for the main screen that takes up all 10 minutes of video, or you could have up to 5 separate smaller videos. You supply the edited video, and we convert it to digital video, for playing from the CD. We can produce and/or edit video for an extra cost.

We can copy layout styles from your existing materials, allowing for visual cohesiveness between the different marketing materials that are used in conjunction with the BizCard-CD.

• Up to 5 instances of video equaling up to 10 minutes in length.

OUR PROCESS

Once you've chosen to purchase this package, you will need to talk to a BizCard-CD specialist. Your specialist will explain how to send all of your photo's, illustrations, and written copy, to us, and will record how you wish to have the content produced, through a short Q&A session.

Upon receiving your content, our multimedia department, will construct the program coding, navigation and graphics that will make up the final product. Usually within 3 weeks, you will receive an alpha version of your project on disk. At this time you can make up to 3 change requests. (More can be made at a cost of $199 for each change)

During the production process, you will be presented with a printing design concept for the face of your BizCard-CD. You are allowed 1 revision to this design, without charge. Further changes will be billed at $75 per change.

After receiving your change requests if any, your project will be updated if needed and we will provide you with a beta version of the project for your final approval. More changes can be made at this time, at the cost of $199 per change request. If no changes are made, we will produce a gold master of the project, and have it replicated onto 1000 CD cards.

During the replication process, your approved printing design for the face of your BizCard-CD, will be printed on the face of each disc.

After replication and printing is complete, your BizCard-CD's will be shipped directly to you.
